Exam notes specifically written to navigate the Income Tax Law (LAW3521) exam. These are a streamlined version of my Comprehensive Income Tax Law Notes designed to guide students in tackling the style of exam questions written. The flowchart style helped me quickly answer all relevant components of each question asked and get a distinction for the course.
The notes are designed to cover everything required to complete the course and was my failsafe for the exam (see a stripped down Exam Notes version which was specifically prepared for the exam). It is broken down on a weekly basis (lecture, readings, seminar) so you are able to concisely get across each topic by cutting through extraneous material.

About the author: This is a University of Adelaide Law/Commerce student with a history of scoring top marks in Law subjects. They graduate the Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Division A Honours and a GPA of 5.750. This student also gradated from the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with a GPA of 5.875.
