You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to gain access to the Site such as having the necessary equipment or technical specifications in place.

Access is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access at any time without notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to any or all parts, features or content on the Site, without notice to you. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our Site or any part of it including content or features is unavailable or withdrawn.

Your access to the Site granted under these terms of use may be terminated immediately if you are in breach of any of these terms.

Study notes you upload to the Site and our use of these is governed by our Terms of Service which can be found here. Excluding study notes, all other content you upload to the Site will be considered non-proprietary, and you agree that we have the right to use, copy, distribute, sell and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose related to our business. To the extent such material is protected by intellectual property rights, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, copy, modify, distribute, sell and disclose to third parties for any purpose related to our business.


  • Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and our Services. The works are protected by copyright and trademark laws and we reserve all rights in relation to this. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, transmit, make available to the public or otherwise use any content on our site in any way, except for your own personal non-commercial use.
