I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

Subject taken with Joachim Dietrich, scored 80% in the exam. Easy, step-by-step notes on the following topics of torts:

1. Trespass to person: battery, assault, false imprisonment
2. Trespass to land
3. Nuisance
4. Negligence

Contains a lot of case notes on important cases. Also has some really helpful signpost sentences for the examiner, for example: “While [P] has suffered damage in the form of [APPLY], it is necessary to determine whether on the balance of probabilities [D] has in fact caused [his/her] damage: Barnett v Chelsea & Kensington Hospital Management Committee.”

Finally, at the end of the template there is a helpful Negligence answer plan, complete with important case law/legislation for every point.
