These notes were prepared in Semester 2, 2014 as part of the 5163LAW Succession course at Griffith University. While they cover only the final three weeks of content (for the purposes of the final exam), they are incredibly detailed in their explanation of both the common law and statutory provisions surrounding the payment of debts under both solvent and insolvent estates, the entitlements of spouses, issue and other entitled in instances of intestacy and the nuances of family provision claims. Skeletons for answering hypothetical questions are also provided.
