This is a fantastic service to use for comparison of notes, compilation of notes or even just in an emergency. There are high quality and varied notes for all the subjects you need.

I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

This template covers all aspects of the Law of Obligations notes for Law at Bond University in September 2015 semester.

These are brilliant notes that I put together to help me achieve a top mark in this subject with 10 First in Class Awards in law, and the Law Gold Medal. I have received an HD in every law subject, and this is largely due to my well-organised and easy to use templates. I wrote the notes to cover all the content throughout the course and it has been formatted well to allow for clear navigation of the content in studying for the exam. The notes are concise and exam focused.

Topics covered in these notes include :

  • Introduction.
  • Implied contractual terms.
  • Australian Consumer Law.
  • Misrepresentation, Misleading/Deceptive Conduct, Passing Off.
  • Issue with Contractual Consent.
  • Unconscionability.
  • Mistake.
  • Prohibited contracts.
  • Economic torts.
