I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

These notes provides a comprehensive summary of key concepts and lecture/additional materials covered in Jurisprudence at UQ in Semester 2 2014.

They are succinctly formatted, featuring both course and tutorial notes, and cover the most revised version of Jurisprudence. Topics featured include the central idea of natural law theories, theoretical accounts of the nature of law, The Case of The Speluncean Explorers, Bentham’s Principle of Utility, Harts Concept of Law and Holmes’s Path of The Law.

These notes were incredibly useful to allow me and my friends to sufficiently prepare for the exam. Utilising them helped me to obtain a Distinction (81%) and my two friends to obtain a High Distinction and Credit respectively.
