This is an outline on how to answer problem questions and how to identify relevant issues.
It ensures that each required element/step of a specific issue is dealt with at the appropriate stage of the analysis.
It includes all relevant authorities (case law and legislation) when required, and includes factual details of cases where needed, to allow students to distinguish the problem question they have with the authorities they are using.
