I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

Notes are a summary of the full semester’s worth of content (CHEM1101 Sem 1, 2017). They are succinct, easy to follow, nicely set out, colour coded, and with useful diagrams. The topics covered are inclusive of the entire unit and are as follows:
Nuclear & radiation chemistry, Wave theory, Atomic orbitals and quantum numbers, Periodic table and trends, Atomic electronic spectroscopy, Bonding, VESPR, Lewis structures, Intermolecular forces, Gas laws, Liquids, Thermochemistry, Enthalpy and entropy, Oxidation numbers, Nitrogen chemistry, Chemical equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Electrolytic cells.

This unit has been replaced by CHEM1111 as of 2018 but the topics covered appear to be identical.

Notes were made using lecture and tutorial material provided.
