I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

Hey guys, so I completed the CFA Level I exam in December-2015, and recently passed the CFA Level III exam in June-2017. I used the Kaplan Schweser notes pretty heavily, and these ~60 pg. notes which I developed are a summary of those.

In my notes, I generally try and make acronyms / diagrams / colour code to make concepts quicker, faster and easier to remember, and I think my notes will reflect this.

The notes I believe go over almost the entire Level I course and cover the following topics:
– Ethical and Professional Standards
– Economics
– Accounting
– Corporate Finance
– Portfolio Theory
– Equity Investments
– Fixed Income Investments
– Derivatives
– Alternative Investments

The notes offer an alternative to the Kaplan Schweser notes at a fraction of the price. These have been written to be consumable by students who are looking to focus on the key aspects that will help them pass the exam.
